1. Agreement
By creating a TrackDS account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use TrackDS.
2. The service
TrackDS monitors supplier product links (such as AliExpress and Amazon) for price and stock changes and surfaces alerts in your workspace. Features depend on your plan.
3. Accounts & security
You are responsible for your credentials and for activity under your account. Email confirmation is required before email/password sign-in. To protect accounts, TrackDS may limit concurrent devices (one device on a new network, or up to three on the same network) and may sign out other sessions when a new network login occurs.
4. Acceptable use
You may only monitor links you are authorized to track for your own business. Do not abuse rate limits, scrape in violation of third-party terms, or attempt unauthorized access.
5. Plans & billing
Paid plans renew on the billing interval you choose (monthly or yearly) until canceled. Local or test checkouts may simulate upgrades. When Stripe is configured, charges are processed by Stripe under their terms.
6. Disclaimer
Monitoring depends on third-party sites and networks. We do not guarantee uninterrupted checks or perfect data. Use alerts as a tool — not a sole source of truth for purchasing decisions.
